Responsibilities:
QMS:
1.Build up PRV ISO QMS quality management system; Lead and planning the implementation effect of QMS system, promote and enhance quality awareness, ability, and culture. inspect the control of quality management system documents and records. Procedure release and management.
2.Planning and implement management review. Be responsible for tracking and verifying corrective, preventive and improvement measures after review; Plan the internal audit plan, organize the internal audit personnel to conduct the audit according to the plan, and track and verify the implementation effect of CAR.
3.Cooperate with customer factory audit and provide relevant factory survey materials preparation and submission.
4.PRV Doc Cert team management and improvement.
Nuclear Quality Engineer
1.PRV Quality Control in line – Make sure the quality fulfills the National Nuclear Quality (HAF601, HAF602, HAF603, etc), legal requirements, Emerson quality standard and Engineering spec requirements. Local government and customer communicate. Lead Nuclear Quality Management System activities to meet regulation requirements.
2.Nuclear project quality planning and extension, Identify and dispose of MRB material and push related department to make improvement.
3.Establish and improve product quality control plan, work instruction, and train staff to implement
Improvement of on-site quality capability. Accurate report– Assures accurate database for quality.
Driving automatic process for all PRV production line through tightly work with IT. Lead quality improvement projects via formal quality system. Like FPY, E-work. Etc.
4.PRV nuclear supplier quality planning confirms, review and approve (if needed). Internal nuclear product quality plan edits, review, submit, approve, and implement, nuclear supplier material and CMTR approve and review.
5.Customer claim handling, lead witness planning and coordination with related functions. Gage lab management.
6.Nuclear NDT team competence maintenance and development.
7.Other task assigned by upper leaders。
Requirements :
1.Science and Engineering Colleges degree above.
2.At least 5 years products quality management experience in multinational company
3.Good negotiation and communication skill.
4.Assertive, aggressive and confident.
5.Good command of English (written) and PC.
