Responsibilities:
- To support daily sales operations and its related administrative work
- Provide secretarial and administration support to any/all departments as and when required
- Process orders via email or phone
- Liaise with the Logistics to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Monitoring stock availability and stock level
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- All others tasks or ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, or Advance in Marketing /Business Administrative/ Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar field.
- Familiar with MS Excel and computer literate.
- To work independently and has the capability of performing multiple tasks with minimum supervision and under pressure.
- Possess positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
- High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency.
- Knowledge in basic CANVA Apps
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
