Responsibilities:

  • To support daily sales operations and its related administrative work
  • Provide secretarial and administration support to any/all departments as and when required
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Liaise with the Logistics to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Monitoring stock availability and stock level
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • All others tasks or ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, or Advance in Marketing /Business Administrative/ Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in similar field.
  • Familiar with MS Excel and computer literate.
  • To work independently and has the capability of performing multiple tasks with minimum supervision and under pressure.
  • Possess positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
  • High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge in basic CANVA Apps
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 per month
