Job SummaryThe Infrastructure Engineer reports directly to Infrastructure leader,China. This position is responsible for supporting infrastructure technology, including Windows, Server, Storage, AD, VMware, Cloud, Database, etc). Cover prime-time (Business) hours from Monday through Friday (local time) and on-call support for urgent situations on non-prime-time hours, weekends and holidays.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibility for Technical Support China Infrastructure delivery service: a. Work close with Global expert to manage overall China Hosting and relevant application, including new setup, troubleshooting (cross function), daily operations. b. Manage overall China Database (mainly SQL Server) in alignment with global requirement. c. Support to manage overall China Cloud service, and migration from on-premise to Cloud, including Alicloud, and AWS. d. Manage and drive local and global Infrastructure related project in alignment with global IT infrastructure. e. Work close with Global security team to support to implement security related policy/system in China. f. Provide Technical support, training, and consultation to China desktop group. g. Other IT infrastructure assignment tasks
Minimum Qualifications
Min Bachelor Degree with 5 years of relevant experience. Familiar with DELL hardware installation (server, storage, ect.), Microsoft Active Directory, Cisco networking CCNP preferred, MS Outlook etc , familiar with Linux system would be preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English Strong problem solving and customer service skills Familiar with ITIL framework and processes, ITIL certificate preferred.
