Job Descriptions: Of Retail Head • Organize all store operations, manage and oversee performance and allocate responsibilities to head, supervisors and team • Guide head and staff towards maximum performance functionality • Create - manage a competitive, positive and healthy outlet team environment • Participate store opening or location opening proposition with management • Prepare and control outlet budget with helathy expenditure • Participate, in store outlet layout setting, product range display towards presentable, cleanliness and profitability • Monitor products movement and turnover and suggest improvement based on market trends • Grow retail market and customer database, suggest and plan for higher revenue / Considering competitor • Inspect the areas in the store outlet and resolve issues that may arise • Coordinate with other department, Plan and oversee in store promotional events • Keep abreast of market trends and propose ideal locations for outlet and kiosk potential expansion • Store adhere to legal and safety and health standards • Addressing customer requests, comments and complaints • Participate in recruiting and job setting function and performance management of team • Involve in the excom management team for management policies • Other Ad hoc request as per management Requirements 1 .Minimum 3 years Senior experience retail chain function and operation as senior 2. Diploma in Retail / Bachelor in Business Admin or its related field 3. Proven leadership capabilities 4. Enthusiastic, results driven and passionate on retail growth 5.
