As a Program Analyst Associate on the GDIT Federal Civil Division State and Local Health team for a state Medicaid program which was awarded in January 2023, you will be supporting the program that will have progressive growth and expansion of services as it is a multi-year program. The program will engage with state customer, subcontracting vendors and many stakeholder entities. The selected candidate will work with a team who has extensive Medicaid, healthcare, and project experience with multiple states.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  • Assists in developing plans, including budgets and schedules.
  • Monitor action items, tasks and other tools to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
  • Assists program personnel with program requirements.
  • Document meeting minutes and complete program procedures such as tracking contract materials.
  • Track onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Monitors progress of program requirements
  • Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
  • May assist in business development activities.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

  • Education: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 0+ years of related experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and other related software applications
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Effective organizational skills, Effective communication skills, Basic knowledge
  • Location: Remote
