Mission
- Business partnering to Coating Resins SEA Managing Director and Head of Departments in SEA
- Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting with commentary highlighting significant issues impacting performance
- Lead the development of annual 5 Years Plan and Budget exercise for SEA including presentation to leadership team (planning, collect, analyse, and consolidate financial data, recommend actions)

Support the BU to achieve Budget objectives by monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances at all levels (sales, variable margins, fixed costs, CAPEX and depreciation, working capital) and propose corrective actions- Drive cash generation and working capital improvements (DSO, customers overdue, inventory) via coordination with both business and operational team
- Active participation in the review and approval process of new Capex expansion projects in SEA for the BU by working closely with operations and commercial team
- Guardian of the rule - observing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls and Arkema compliance rules
- Manage miscellaneous sales invoices (Commission recharges, Services recharges, Scrap sales and etc.)
- Co-administrator for CONTRACT’IN (Agreement software) and handle distributor and agency agreement
- Process owner for SAP CO module. Liaise with IT support team for troubleshooting
- Assist Coating Resin APAC Finance Controller in delivering his / her tasks
Required Profile
- Degree in accounting, finance or ACCA/CIMA/CPA
- 15+ years experience, of which 5 years in FP&A controlling role
- Good understanding of and experience in manufacturing industry operation
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-national, matrix organization
- Fluent in English
- SAP knowledge (FI/CO module)
- Excellent command of Microsoft office system tools, especially MS Excel and Power Point
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Good analytical, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
- Willing to dive into details and analyze complex data
- The role can be base at Selangor or Pasir Gudang (If the position is based in Selangor, he/she must be willing to travel to Pasir Gudang regularly for month-end closings and meetings.)
