Receptionist / Admin Assistant [South Africa]


 

Answering and transferring calls. Must speak professionally and clearly.

Supporting the sales and finance team with general operations
Assisting the sales and finance teams in creating and maintain recons and reports
Keeping track of customer information on Sage
Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos and emails
Updating records and files
Assisting with timeous sales responses to customers
Answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls
Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
Administration and clerical tasks (eg. Scanning, printing, laminating etc.)
Co-ordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Keep stock of office supplies (stationery and groceries) and order when required
Keeping reception and the office area tidy
Maintaining schedules eg. Daily employee register, walk-in customer spreadsheets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to R5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Required)
